“MacArthur OBGYN installed a new practice management and EMR system in March of 2007. When you talk with other doctors with established practices that have converted their systems, the usual time to stabilize the systems is one year. We have been able to convert to the new systems in less than six months. Personally, it took me about a week to get comfortable after we went “live.” I learn something new every day however. Michael, Jim or Sonia will call of come by with something they have done or changed. I learned the first week to listen to them. They roll up their sleeves with us to keep making it better we now have a state-of-art system that is comparable to any system I know.
I was all for moving to an EMR system, but I had the usual reservations that most physicians experience with such a dramatic change. I would never go back to the way it was before. I recommend HTS to any physician wanting to improve their practice. HTS is committed to putting patients first and providing physicians with a better quality of life. For me and the doctors in our office, we are grateful for their commitment to support the physicians to put patients first, providing the best care possible.”
I was all for moving to an EMR system, but I had the usual reservations that most physicians experience with such a dramatic change.
"We have been using the Sage Intergy System provided by HTS for over three years. We were using another system housed in our office before. the company we bought the system from required problems to be logged on the internet. We could not call them with a problem. Often, problems went unresolved for days. We do not have many problems now, but when we do we call Jim, Sonia, or Michael. It is really nice to have a person to call.

We have four physicians in our office, so moving to another system was a challenge for us. HTS was outstanding. They provided on-line training and a staff to be with us until all of us were comfortable using the system. The Sage Intergy Software is great, but there is a lot to it. We were using so much more of the technology than before. Our patients love the practice fortal. They like getting their lab results the next day. Our MA’s are able to send them HIPPA compliant secure messages and avoid missed phone calls and patient frustration. Our patients are accustomed to getting answers right then. We can now give them the answers quickly. This was a very good decision for us
We have four physicians in our office, so moving to another system was a challenge for us. HTS was outstanding.
